We help prepare documents for the assistance company
Saint Nicholas Medical Center does not sell insurance policies on this page. The clinic helps patients with medical documents, invoice details and information for the assistance company when a policy case is already open or authorization is needed.
Redion brings Europ Assistance and Generali Employee Benefits activities under a shared brand. An earlier agreement or card may still use the previous name.
Recognise the document behind the brand
When a reply uses the new name, ask it to quote your existing agreement or case reference. This gives reception a clearer connection than two logos alone. You need an instruction for the medical enquiry in Bulgaria, not simply evidence that a corporate website has changed.
Retain the old card together with any current message directing you to another channel. Do not edit the original policy to replace a company name yourself. If details differ, ask the issuing organisation which contact applies and request confirmation that identifies the programme concerned.
Redion and earlier Europ Assistance documents
For a medical enquiry, give the servicing company's name exactly as recorded on your document. Do not replace a claims telephone number or address solely because the group has a new logo. Establish which operational centre handles the case and use its reference. A brand change alone does not demonstrate a change to your policy terms.
The move to Redion is described on official national websites, including Germany and Belgium. Those notices explain their local services and contacts. They should not be read as a universal statement about every older Europ Assistance programme. Locate the country and contractual party on your own document.
Start with the country that issued your agreement
| Identify | Read the issuing country, contractual party and agreement reference. |
| Connect | Match the current instructions to the older policy or existing case. |
| Confirm | Check the visit and payment arrangements for the particular service. |
Keep the original and the new instructions together
At the clinic, present the instruction relevant to the planned visit. Clarify the type of appointment and whether payment has been considered for that service. The rebranding does not itself settle a request for tests, a further visit or transport, which may need separate discussion.
Booking, medical need and insurance payment are separate matters. The clinic clarifies appointment arrangements; the contractual party determines the conditions under the policy.
Organise the clinic appointment separately
When an older card and a new Redion reply carry different names, the local visit still needs ordinary, precise arrangements. Saint Nicholas can be contacted about the reason for consultation, the medical direction and the available appointment in Sunny Beach. Keep the current case message ready for that conversation. This lets you organise the visit around the patient's needs while the contractual contact clarifies the document's brand history.
For sudden severe illness, seek emergency help by calling 112. Do not postpone urgent assessment while waiting for an administrative confirmation.
