Assistance case
We help prepare documents for the assistance company
Saint Nicholas Medical Center does not sell insurance policies on this page. The clinic helps patients with medical documents, invoice details and information for the assistance company when a policy case is already open or authorization is needed.
These are different stages of a request.
Checks for the actual appointment
Exact address and appointment format
Match the facility, address, date and request type. If the message only names Sunny Beach, obtain clarification before setting off. An assessment at a clinic and a visit to your accommodation are different requests. Report a hotel change or revised arrival time so instructions do not remain attached to a place where you are no longer staying.
Direct settlement or reimbursement
Ask whether the clinic receives specific payment confirmation or you need to pay first. For personal payment, establish required documents and the submission procedure. Reimbursement depends on the agreement and assessment. Clarify patient contributions and excluded expenses before a planned service. A logo or registered request does not establish the financial terms of this particular appointment.
One verified channel for the case
Keep the reference and contact of the responsible team. If a call does not connect, check another channel in the agreement or official instructions. An update to an existing case is easier to track than several unrelated requests. Send medical information to a verified recipient. Check receipt when your message contains an important change to appointment arrangements.
A Nova Assistance referral for an appointment
When receiving instructions from Nova Assistance, establish whether they are a medical referral, case registration or cost confirmation. These messages have different purposes.
Before attending, match the clinic, patient and date to the information received. If only a town or resort is mentioned, confirm the actual address and consulting room. Keep the coordinator's contact so questions can be resolved within the same case. Simply naming a clinic should not be treated as a promise to fund every service.
Address, registration and authorised expenditure
Read the whole message and ask what remains before attending. An address without a time does not complete a booking. Tell the coordinator about a changed date or patient. An old referral may not reflect new arrangements. Retain the current reply and show it to reception. For conflicting instructions, seek clarification from the sender instead of combining one letter’s address with another’s financial terms. Check carefully before a review: a familiar message may concern a service already completed.
If assessment is postponed, give the new date and request an updated referral. Clinic and coordinator should work on the same appointment. Deleting an old booking or adding a calendar slot does not itself change authorised expenditure; clarify the revised visit’s financial arrangements separately.
