Assistance case
We help prepare documents for the assistance company
Saint Nicholas Medical Center does not sell insurance policies on this page. The clinic helps patients with medical documents, invoice details and information for the assistance company when a policy case is already open or authorization is needed.
Even after facility selection, identify the requested service.
Referral, results and the next step
Use the reference when booking and collecting results. The first assessment may recommend another specialty or investigation. Send the recommendation to the existing contact and explain the new request; do not change the original referral yourself. If results arrive after departure, agree collection and recipient. A completed medical report does not mean financial assessment is finished. Keep the clinical and administrative sequence so a review stays connected to the original complaint and a new service has clear payment arrangements.
If the next specialty needs the first assessment’s result, send the completed report instead of your own summary of a diagnosis. Ask whether the recipient already has it. This avoids conflicting descriptions and keeps the next request aligned with the clinical recommendation.
Continuing a registered case with Savitar
If an earlier enquiry identified Savitar Group, keep the case reference and correspondence. A further enquiry without these details may become a separate request.
When booking, explain whether this is a first visit or follow-up of an assessed concern. Provide the referral and clarify the actions confirmed. Further investigations after assessment may need additional agreement; do not extend an initial authorisation yourself. This directory entry does not establish contract terms or a current partnership with the clinic.
Checks for the actual appointment
| A new investigation after the first appointment | If the clinician recommends an additional investigation, report what was requested and when it is available. The original authorisation may not cover the new scope. Check clinic availability separately from financial arrangements. For a review, ask whether the case reference remains valid. A medical recommendation and an insurance payment decision serve different purposes. |

| Exact address and appointment format | Match the facility, address, date and request type. If the message only names Sunny Beach, obtain clarification before setting off. An assessment at a clinic and a visit to your accommodation are different requests. Report a hotel change or revised arrival time so instructions do not remain attached to a place where you are no longer staying. |
| Medical records and payment documents | Collect the consultation report and evidence of paid services separately. Check the patient’s name, date and description of what was done. Ask about electronic copies, translations and retaining originals. Send legible files: a photograph cutting off the date can lead to another request. A payment receipt alone does not replace a medical report. |
