We help prepare documents for the assistance company
Saint Nicholas Medical Center does not sell insurance policies on this page. The clinic helps patients with medical documents, invoice details and information for the assistance company when a policy case is already open or authorization is needed.
Healix International works with organisations on health, travel and security risks. Access may belong to an employee programme rather than a policy purchased specifically for a holiday.
Medical support through an employee programme
If travelling for work or living temporarily abroad, establish your employer, programme and case contact. For a clinic appointment, clarify who authorises care and whether Healix or another contractual party coordinates it. Employee access and personal travel insurance should not be mixed when submitting documents.
An employee programme and a personal holiday are different arrangements
If your access to Healix comes through an employer, name the programme and explain the purpose of the trip. A business journey, temporary work abroad and a holiday after the business part may need different clarification. Do not apply the arrangements of a work-related case to a personal visit simply because you still have the contact saved.
Prepare the programme-access letter or other issued document. If human resources helps submit the request, clarify which administrative details they need and which medical records should go directly to the assistance organiser. Agree the information needed for booking; do not send the report to everyone copied into work correspondence.
From an employee programme to a consultation
Identify the arrangement
Give the employer, programme and purpose of the current trip without mixing them with personal travel insurance.
Confirm the recipient
Ask for the medical-document contact separately from the administrative correspondence about the journey.
Discuss what follows
Clarify follow-up with the doctor and required paperwork or subsequent approvals with the organiser.
Your visit to Saint Nicholas
A local Saint Nicholas appointment lets you discuss the medical concern separately from the business arrangements of your trip. Tell the doctor what has changed and bring earlier prescriptions. When booking, provide the confirmed programme details and the purpose of any required document. Clarify a new investigation's availability with the clinic and employer-programme arrangements with your organiser.
Booking, medical need and insurance payment are separate matters. The clinic clarifies appointment arrangements; the contractual party determines the conditions under the policy.
Questions to settle before the appointment
Who receives the report after a work trip?
Use the programme's confirmed medical channel. An employer may have a separate administrative task; establish the necessary documents before sending them rather than copying a full medical history into general work correspondence.

For sudden severe illness, seek emergency help by calling 112. Do not postpone urgent assessment while waiting for an administrative confirmation.
